Tandem South Africa

Good day I purchase a new Wolf Hunter lawn mower in Dec 2017. Supposed to be the best on the market, at least the price says so. The lawnmower was faulty from New, but I did not know it. I picked up that the brake stopped working and contacted a Mr. Buck Morrison from Tandem. He instructed me to take it to Reef chainsaw in Parys. I was kept on the line for three weeks in regards as to what Tandem were going to do about it. After I got a little perturbed I called Tandem South Africa and spoke to Buck Morrison who informed me that it was tough luck they will not repair my mower. So my advice to people is to steer clear of Tandem, wolf and any product Tandem manufacture as they are not a reputable company to so business with
