Waited for ages and then the delivered product was not what we ordered.

We waited 5 WHOLE WEEKS after payment until our scrubs were finally delivered. We asked to have our university logo as well as our profession embroidered onto our scrubs (and paid extra for this), however, when we received them today neither of these had been done, but they instead embroidered our names onto the scrubs - which we did not ask for. They now had to be sent back to be fixed which means we are still without scrubs. I am speechless.
