Very bad service

Ever since covid 19 scrubs have been in demand. I purchased scrubs online and it took more than a month waiting period and they just never delivered. I had to go to their store in Hyde Park. The people employed there are so rude and do not care about the business. They showed no respect and remorse but instead told me that they didn't care about what had happened to me. I also used to buy different sizes in store for both my pants and top in 2019 because my lower body is bigger than my upper body, hence I asked if it would be possible to buy different sizes. This time they said NO. The lady who works there even insulted me and said I had lost my mind and that they never ever sold different sizes. It's funny cause all the scrubs I wear have a tanc tag but they were busy telling me that I lost my mind. Tanc should just relook their staff how they treat customers. As for me and my husband we will never set our foot in this company ever again cause they have a lot of customers that they won't beg us
