Unprofessional and Appalling business ethics

I placed an order over R25 000 with them early June and the delivery time was not met and on top of that you have to continuously make follow-ups, then only they tell you what the hold up is and apologise. You wait hoping that deliveries will be done and then weeks later you contact them to tell you about another hold up. Today is the 12th of August 2020 and a delivery we paid for in Taung is still not done and now I have to call the person in Taung to let them know that their order is in Vryburg, which is an hour away from them.

This is the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had and it's really appalling.
