TANC...where has your service gone to?

I placed an order on Tuesday.I couldn't pay with the options given. I sent a Facebook message to ask for banking details to pay via EFT and someone responds daily,BUT does not give me the details I asked for!!!! I called TANC and spoke to Mason who said he would get his smart colleague to READ my request and respond to it and I have received ZERO communication from anyone. I am most annoyed by this service!!!
