LYING ABOUT AN ORDER

My mother ordered ONE set of scrubs last week and made payment. She was assured that it would be received by the end of the week. It is now more than a week later and I have not even been sent a tracking number, after TANC has said that they will be dispatching the scrubs last week Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, this week Tuesday, Wednesday and today as well! They confirmed that they only received stock this week, they also confirmed that they **** which is why the parcel was never sent. They then tried to cover it up by saying there was a lead time of 3 weeks, even though they stated that the lead time is for bigger orders and not only for ONE set! Very unprofessional to lie to a paying customer!
