Atrocious service

The most disappointing service I had in a long time 1. 16 April. 60 min drive to show room, place order pay in full the order only arrives 13 May...to my upmost disappointment the actual logo had spelling mistake and incorrect design...after I have send the pre approval back stating in red more than once that the spelling is incorrect and the design has to be adjusted. 2. 16 May a month after I placed the order I phoned head office, they apologized and stated I will receive the correct pre approval design in 45 min by late afternoon. I contacted the Cape Town office inquiring about the status, after 10 min I received only a photo of my design already printed on the uniform pocket, no digital design sent to me for approval. In my estimation, disrespectful not commig back to me, not making sure everything is correct and wasting my time and money costing me trying to track down my order, doing quality checks etc. 3. 20 May 10:30. Still no communication, no updates and no order received. Again I contacted Cape Town office asking what is the status of my order. No feedback yet.

This is the most unexpectedly bad service for a big corporate company.
