No service at all

The service is basically pathetic. I send lenses in in May for a cleanup at Singer Photographic Cape Town. One lens had some dot inside the lens. (Lenses are weather sealed). Got them back in same condition was told by Gerhard they are ordering parts and should take 2-3 months. Over 3 months now, I phoned Gerhard and he said he "vaguely" remembers me and will check with Jhb branch and get back to me. Two days later I phoned the office again Gerhard said to me the technician in Jhb isn't replying emails and he will get back to me as soon as someone gets back to him. That same day I phoned the Jhb branch asking for the technician/s or a senior person and was informed to contact Sharon (Cape Town Manager). The folowing day I phoned again, I asked Gerhard when will I have answers and he responded "like i said, I will let you know as soon as the technician gets back to me"

I have emailed Sharon and cc'd all the email addresses found on their website to which nobody has attempted to reply and its been a week.
