Worst experience - Tammy Taylor Dainfern

On Sunday afternoon I decided to try somewhere different - I usually do my nails at sorbet but they were unfortunately fully booked, so decided to try out Tammy Taylor in Dainfern square. The service was average but after doing a simple soak and gel application that took over 2hours my nails were destroyed they were skew, lumpy, badly filed and my nails were in terrible pain! The next day I called to complain - I suggested they just give me a refund and I’ll have my nails fixed at sorbet - but the manager/owner insisted that’s against policy and they’d be able to fix it. Eventually although reluctantly I agreed. I went back where they agreed my nails looked horrible - the only way to fix it was to chop them off and apply **** nails, which I had no option but to agree to. I sat there for a further 3 hours... my fingers were bleeding and I was in so much pain with all the harsh products and excessive filing... 3hours later... my nails looked even worse - the manager again refused to give me a refund and had no solution I am now struggling to get hold of anyone that can help me
