Unresolved issue

I experienced very bad service and nails looked horrible and my fingers were left sore for 4 days after my treatment, this after it happened to my mother the week before. I contacted the branch (Moreleta Park) and they asked me to return as they have a lady from head office that will fix them. This was even worse and I was unable to use my fingers for a full week soaking them in ice in order to take away the pain and when I called they said it was the product settling ? I then sent an email that I would like to have it taken off and refunded as I was not happy and do not want to return. I was told that they cannot assist with this and will be taken off and will have all Tammy Taylor nail outlets know that I should not be able to use their services (basically blacklisted)? I then contacted the head office and was asked to mail the details to them. I did so and was told I will be contacted as soon as they have discussed the matter with the CEO. Needless to say it is now a month almost 2 later and still no feedback. My nails have been detroyd in the process and have to grow out completely. Please can someone assist and I am very disappointed with a company that advertises that they are the greatest.
