Trainee did my nails, quality & design were underwhelming and I paid over R1000!

I had an appointment with Tammy Taylor Sea Point and was left underwhelmed and disappointed.

I asked for a specific Acrylic set and nail design that I found on the Tammy Taylor South Africa Instagram page. What I asked for and what I received are not the same, specifically the aesthetic and quality. The shape of the nails are inconsistent, the French tip design is inconsistent across the nails and the attention to detail is really not up to the tammy Taylor standard. I still had specs of paint on my fingers. Even though the nail tech used the same products as listed in the Tammy Taylor Instagram post.

I want to add that the nails my nail tech had on herself were absolutely stunning, I asked her if she did them herself and she told me her trainer did them for her and that they aren't finished yet. If the nail tech I had is still in training, this is simply unacceptable!! If I am paying over R1000 to have my nails done at this store, I expect the nail tech to meet the standards that their own brand has set and advertised. If a trainee is doing my nails, I - as the customer - should be informed beforehand that it is someone still in training, that way I can expect not to be 100% satisfied, also paying full price for this doesn't sit right with me at all - this should also be my choice as to whether I even want a trainee doing my nails!!

I emailed them a week ago and I've received no response.
