Tammy Taylor vulgar language used towards customer

Today I am utterly disgusted with the service I received from Tammy Taylor nails Freeway Park, Boksburg. I made an appointment last week for 14.30 and on the 16 December I received an sms reminder for an appointment for 12.30. I called in to confirm the booking and was confirmed booking for 12.30. 10 minutes later received another sms saying that the booking is now 13.30.I had an appointment to do my siblings nails for their Matric farewell and to my disappointment, when I got there, we had to wait 3 hours and yet We were still not attended to. They continued stating during the 3 hours that we must give them 15 minutes. At the end of the day, we walked out. I called the Manager, Bianca, explaining to her that it was unacceptable what had taken place, and that Tammy Taylor Nails are such a reputable brand.Bianca as the Manager, used vulgar languages and dropped the phone. I definitely will not recommend the brand to anyone because of their *********ly, ill mannered, dispicable and uncultured behaviour.
