Tammy Taylor SA refuses to pay my money back

Paid for a 345 000 franchise, however 2.5 years later after no longer being able to open due to the premises selected not being completed as it has not been built and another store being opened opened within a 1.5 km radius without my knowledge (which also goes against what is stipulated in their franchise agreement), many attempts were made by myself to request my money back however these fell on deaf ears. Head offices merely refuses. The South African Franchise owner herself has refused and referred me to their attorney who most of the time ignores my emails.
