Tammy Taylor Nails - Pathetic Customer Service

Bought a voucher at the Ballito branch just before lockdown. Since lockdown they have closed their store/haven't opened again. I have tried contacting the head office with no luck. Contacted 2 stores in Durban to see if i could use my vouchers at their store. Both said I cannot use my voucher- no one is willing to help with this situation. My voucher is over R2000 worth . So it seems i have a wasted voucher
