Tammy Taylor Nails Comaro Crossing!

I Did My Nails On the 28th of October at the Tammy Taylor Nails Comaro Crossing branch. 1.The staff was terribly rude. 2.My nail tech was doing her own nails in front of me while I was soaking off. 3. The acrylic burnt my nails and the nail tech told me it was my fault. 4. She was rough with the electrical drill. She was drilling on one spot the entire time which caused friction that my nails started to burn even then. 5. I complained to the branch and the response I got was RUDE and I was told that it was my fault. 6. I further complained on social media and the branch then blocked me. 7. I paid R1200 in total for ****py nails and terrible service. 8. The nail technician had also burnt my nails in hot acetone as she wasn’t paying attention to my soak off or monitoring like they do at the Sandton City branch. 9. The cuticle oil was in a big Tammy Taylor container and was never sanitized and touched both my cuticles and toes which I’m aware is unhygienic and not allowed. 10. The lady who did my toes was roughy with the electrical drill, caused friction and burnt my toes as well.

I’m a loyal Tammy Taylor customer and usually do my nails at the Sandton City branch.

3 days later I had my nails soaked off and redone at the Sandton City branch. My nails have never looked so beautiful. 1. No burning of acrylic. 2. Amazing service. 3. My nail tech has never done her nails in front of me.

I could go on about the Sandton City branch because they are always within standard.
