Tammy Taylor Nails - be aware!

Looked for a good nail brand for long and decided on Tammy Taylor but must admit after spending thousands of rands I now will never go back to Tammy Taylor Nails. Tried three salons and only once did I walk out feeling my nails really looked good. The sculptures are very thick and heavy but at least they were not supposed to lift - not true! For my latest attempt I went to Design quarter in Feb 2019, first I was told they are not trained in doing natural French but do faded French that looked horrible, some nails pointed in different directions and the cuticle area was done bad, first week I broke a nail. I tried to make contact with the head office who suggested I try another branch and promised all technicians are fully trained in doing French but they identify techs and retrain if necessary. I went back to design quarter two weeks after I had the nails done and was assisted by a lady from head office, she tried to fix the nails and did a fill for free but warned that I must not wait to long to soak the nails off as there were construction issues, more communication with head office and I was finally told to go to Greenside for a new set. While soaking off the nails I discovered one nail was green, the techs identified fungus and said "it does happen" if a nail is not build correctly and water gets under the acrylic, worst news as they were unable to put product on the finger that would leave me with 9 nails. How do you walk into a corporate job and explain Tammy Taylor gave you fungus! I am no longer frustrated with the bad nails I am angry! To treat fungus you have to use a specialized product costing R600 and let it grow out, how can that be seen as "it happens", no I did not pay R550 for a set of badly done nails to get a complementary fungus! How do you put a tech in a salon that does not know how to do a professional set of nails - this brand is not cheap and I am not going to be the person who these techs can train on, what happens to this person, will she just continue with building bad nails and hopefully not cause more fungus? Not good enough for me. My experience with Tammy Taylor Nails - BAD.
