Tammy Taylor Facials are risky

Tammy Taylor may be good for nail sculpture and treatment. Facials? I don't think so. Had a facial around the 20th March. The product surfaced such bad ***mentation that got my face 3 shades darker. After reporting this to the owner, I had Nicole call from Optiphi (product that they use) call me. She promised how committed they are to customer experience and that they will walk with me through this journey. Needless to say that her promise was very short lived when I asked how they would compensate me for my dermatology treatment which with medication is at R4000 with many more treatments ahead. So much for THE PROMISE!!!
