Highly disappointed at Tammy Taylor service

It’s definitely a zero star for me! I popped in for a gel soak off only at the store. To my surprise the lady used a nail drill to perform the soak off gel. My nails have been damaged since. I’ve sent an email with pictures of my now damaged nails. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received any response. My nails are sore, brittle, they tear as soon as they start growing, my nail bed has bumps, and it’s uneven. It’s been 2months and I haven’t been able to do anything to my nails. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. It was the worst experience ever.
