Friendly advice

Hi visited the RHK branch, and the experience was less than satisfactory but more than disappointment. When visiting Tammy Taylor nails it’s not a place that is budget friendly. The staff was extremely friendly the conversation was light and fun, they were quick and efficient the way they did the nails but when it comes to the finer details they could use some refinement. I asked for a faded french on natural nails with a pink undertone, and when it came time to do the faded French part they did not know how to do it. My only suggestion/advice is for the staff to be up-to-date with the latest trends and wants of clients. Rather than going home disappointment I stopped them where I was satisfied with the progress rather then letting them continue and then crying about it in the end. I do hope that manager/owner realizes the potential of all the branches if only they could do it all. But I do thank the staff they put their time and energy into my nails I like it but not love it because it was not what I wanted.
