Disturbing the peace

We unfortunately live across the road from the Tammy Taylors salon in Rubenstein drive Moreleta. We have to listen to them yelling and screaming from their deck in front of the salon from 7:30 in the morning, and we were treated to their year end functions noise until after 10 oclock the evening which ended in the screaming swearing and fighting in the street.

I walked over on Monday morning and asked them to please tone it down. The owner and one of her staff members told me they can make as much noise as they want until 12 at night and during the day.
