Disgusting service and mentality

Unbelievably disssapointed. Having spent thousands in a matter of a few months, I picked up on some underlying issues eg. strange atmosphere, not welcoming at all. Everyone seems to hear everything you say and do. Taking your money and actually don’t care about your experience. Absolutely no vibe. A salon is suppose to be an enjoyably experience. Not having to count your words and be smothered by greedy ears and opinions. I requested the owner Louis to phone me back in order to raise concerns I had. He failed to do so despite having promised me he would. In stead I received a message (months after him having told me he was sick and could not talk to me at that stage) showing him having a facial on some promotional attempt. So much for owners who care. C’est la vie TT Melkbos. Utterly dissapointed in your small town tricks…
