Disappointed but not surprised

I won a Mother’s Day competition and never received my prize. I was literally chasing the company to give me my prize but with no success. They run a million competitions all at the same time and even ghost the winners it’s actually very strange I guess that’s their marketing technique. For a brand that’s always on Carte Blanche it’s honestly weird to not care about clients or prospective clients in this case. I even gave up on the prize what annoys me is that they keep having these competitions.
