Disappointing service

Disappointing. No tracking number was supp**** and there was no feedback on queries. Eventually had to phone to get the tracking number, and then discovered from the courier that the item allegedly dispatched on 8th June was actually only dispatched a week later - on 15th June. So no wonder it took 10 days to arrive!
