Abused by mall security

Abused by the security company instead of being protected. I went to pnp tambotie mall looking for shorts & swimwear. After I left to do more shopping at checkers a security man n keitumetse pnp employee pulled us out of the shop screaming we stole shorts. We were threatened all the way down hall to their shop. I was insulted told am a ***** n if I don't shut up I will be handcuff. The whole shop came in to see the ******* as my sister got asthma attack. After seeing the footage more than three time am told to come see as it's a mistake but before it was denied. A mistake that caused me to not be able to do my shopping as people are looking at me like a *****. The Auditor saw the footage did the count n still 3 times later she apologizes. Am fuming n have never been so harassed and humiliated n insulted in my whole life. The security insulted us until the cops told him to apologize. As I ask for their names they tell company policy doesn't allow. Lie. I won't accept the apology as keitumetse said she identified us from when we came in. That is not a suspension. No 1 has a right to treat people like that. Pulled by a man and insulted, my human rights where violated,what happened to innocent until proven guilty. Was held there for almost an hour.
