Complain

The service of Sharon the receptionist was pathetic I did a reservation without payment n wen I spoke to her over the phone she said reservation will be confirmed once I make a payment which is understandable but then she sms'ed me banking details to deposit if am still interested in reserving the place. So I didn't do a deposit because I wasn't interested now I just received an sms that they debited my account I want my money back she says she won't do it urgently she's will only do it Monday what kind of service is this I WANT MY MONEY I won't be visiting this place any time the this service is so unprofessional.
