I am very disappoint the fact that you have an insured patient and when you get to the main gate they ask for money or anything you can offer to enter...when you do so because its the only way of entry...the next thing the other security gaurd at casualty will ask for something when entering that ward...What a disgrace for our S.A.hospitals that is falling appart.....I am logging this complaint but we all know what will happen...Absolutely NOTHING...
