Tambo momorial hospital treatment bad

My husband was taken there on Thursday last week, he has bronchial pneumonia he is asmatic and tested positive for covid. He has to be on oxygen all the time and he has been having astmah attacks and they don't help him when he asked for assistance they ignore him an walk away. He has his phone with him and contacts myself and family asking myself and them for help but we phone and get told he is fine. I went there today to take him some things and was ignored after phoning in I got a nurse that came to get the items only some things were taken from me. She then shouted at me and told me I think I have privelages cause I am White .have no idea why she would say that and treat me the way she did. I worry cause she seems to hate white ppl and she treats my husband like **** an ignores him when he needs help. Is this what we expect from the staff in the hospital. if anything happens to him there will be repricutions I promise this.
