TAMBO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

I am so disappointed about the service that we received at Tambo Memorial Hospital on Saturday night around 18:45 - 20:00. We went to casualty reception trying to get some information regarding one of our family who was admitted Friday. We just wanted to drop some toiletries. We did not know that there is No more visiting hours at night. We were sent to ward 16 by Nursing staff at casualty reception and told that they cannot find him on register. I was so surprised how is that possible from 16 to17,18,19,21,22 then send back casualty again. when we got there trying to tell them what they did is not fair. We were shouted and asked if we want to be assisted or not then sent back again to ward 10. We ran around almost 2 hours to locate a patient.
