Shocking service delivery, the spirit of Batho Pele is non existent

The principles of Batho Pele service delivery are completely foreign to the staff.

Hours go by and no progress is made.

The attitude of staff leaves patients dispondent and eventually argumentative.

A combatitive stance due to failing support services from file retrievals, appointments, doctor consultations, and medicine collections, leave a hospital with potential crippled.

Systems that occasionally work, are overthrown for more disfunctional processes.

Unfortunately many people are dependent on the health service provided and have to face the nightmare service again in the future.

If this is the best SA Health Services can do, they are in trouble.
