Rude nurses

My brother ia currently there with a broken arm and bruises from a bike accident on Wednesday evening. They said they gonna move him to another ward but still hasn't. The nurses are rude. You can only visit for 15 min which I don't understand. Only one person can visit a day. They said he is not allowed to take his stuff back home since and I quote "We take it for ourselves" but the other people may take their stuff home. The hospital looks like **** and there is no hand sanitizer to be found and no complaint boxes.... I hope the CEO sees this message because I would really like him to please take care of this. His employees should care about their patients not be rude to them... And my brother will only be operated on since it's a first come first serve basis... Pathetic
