Rude experience at Tambo Memorial Hospital

I've had the most irritating and rude experience with the X-Ray Dept. I requested to accompany my sister who is paralysed into the x-ray room. As I am her legal guardian, I have every right to be there. However, I was very rudely told that due to patient confidentiality I was to remain outside. This person had no problem in letting the Carer that was accompanying me enter instead
