Poor service from OR Tambo Memorial Hospital

My father was admitted to OR Tambo Memorial Hospital on friday 13 December 2019. He was diagnosed with heart failure. He was admitted around 5pm. Over the past 4 days they gave my father blood and a siline drip which caused that he's feet got very swollen and in pain. They refused to help my father to the bathroom. His sheets were never made up. They did not help him to eat as he is blind. They are the rudest most inhuman people I have ever met. People died like flies around my father and they did not even care one bit about their patients. This hospital should not even be trading as a medical practice. I will never ever advise any person go to this place.
