Poor service

I took my wife to Thambo Memorial hospital as she was in pain. We arrived at the hospital at 09:00 and only got help at 12:30. Then we had to wait for a file as this took a nother 20 min. Then we had to wait for the doctor that took 2 hours. The hospital are dirty and very in hygienic. The male toilets are lock as there are no toilets for the male patients. We only got done at 18:00 as I will never go to that hospital again. Very bad service for a tax payer!!!!!!!
