Poor health support

My boyfriend and I we admitted on Christmas day 2020, since then I haven't been able to see him or get any proper information from ward 10 nurses, they are exceptionally rude to all patients, I am not even allowed to take my boyfriend any clothes or see him for 5mins, my and his parents have no idea how he is doing or what the doctors are saying or doing about him. We both had a major fall which cause a concussion and bleeding on the brain for my boyfriend now none of us have been able to get any information from ward 10
