OR Tambo memorial hospital

Bad service. I was brought by an ambulance at around 9h45 Friday. They started treating me after 2hours wgie sitting on the chair. I stayed at the casualty the whole night and the whole day. At 17h19 the nurse told me that they don't have beds in the wards, so I will stay until they discharge someone. And they know exactly that they don't discharge on weekends. May you pls help me with this Bad service
