Negligence

My husband was admitted on Sunday due to chest pains, he was tested for covid-19 twice and both results came back negative, eventually he was taken to a ward which there hasn’t been any progress there, he still complains of the pain, apparently they now suspect pulmonary embolism but no diagnosis or treatment is being done. One of the nurses told him to stop performing only because he can’t sit still when the pain gets severe. It’s been a week already, he can’t eat nor drink water and all they do is pump him with paracetamol.. he only saw a doctor yesterday since the admission, who promised to contact the specialist, no update no nothing, he’s now experiencing shortness of breath.. his skin is pale because of the pain and they still don’t have a sense of emergency.. what needs to happen before he can get proper treatment..???
