Grieving mother

They watched my 13 year old lay there for 3-4 days and die. Patients with broken legs need blood thinners and for legs to be kept elevated. Nothing was done. They phoned me at 3:30am and said "eish (sons name) is late" then dropped the call. No compassion or sympathy.my son gave signs that something was wrong but they ignored him, assuming, he is a young healthy13 year old. Some nurses were lovely, but most look at you and just ignore or say they don't know. They knew my son came in for polly trauma. Correct procedures should have been followed.
