Filling system at Tambo Memorial Hospital

The filling system is uncotrolled a Tambo Memoria hospital, my wife was in hospital in December 2020, in which she was diagnose with CKD, they gave a appointment to come back in first week February for further tests ie. sonar scans etc, blood was also taken from her for further tests, on the same after the doctor had a look at the sonar scans she was diagnose with CDK stage 3, they advise her that they will make appointment with the Neurologist at Johannesburg Gen hospital, on the specific day they could not get hold of someone at JoburgGen to confirm the appointment. The intern promised her that she will call her back for confirmation of the appointment, which never happen after a week of waiting. My wife decided to go back to Tambo Memorial hospital to find out what is happening. She arrived at the hospital just after 10 in the morning, and sit and waited for her file until 13:00 and they could not find her file. Nobody took accountability for the file that went missing and up till today no phone or any feedback from them. She also contact them a few times this week and nothing happen, her file is still missing. Please help
