Complain about the Doctors

I'm a 25 year old male I was involved in a car accident on the 3rd of November 2023 I was admitted same day at Tambo Memorial Hospital I'm still on the hospital bed the nurses some are nice they just give me pain killer every day, I'm supposed to go for operation because my knee cap is broken but the doctors keep on postpone my operation while I suffer with pain they say if I want to leave I can this is government hospital he talked as if I don't have right to health care because I'm at government hospital but I'm a taxpayer, it been 20 days on bed not receiving doctors care.I think all this has caused me depression because most days I feel like I can hurt myself.
