Bad service , starving pregnant patients and nurses with attitude

I sent my wife to the hospital on Monday the 24th October 2022 for labour induction which didn't work for three consecutive days and she was booked for C-section on Thursday the 27th October 2022 and was starved for two days straight being delayed to go to the theater based on the fact that she was an elective patient, so all the other patients were taken into theater and she was left isolated in the waiting room where they wait to be taken to theater...instead of her to be taken into theater , are her belongings were take away from her and emergencies came in before she could be taken in.....so there was no means of communication and she wasn't even paid attention to , she had been isolated in the waiting room for 12 hours straight without any food , water or access to toilets.......If this is how public health care services treat none paying patients then **** the Gauteng department of health and the hospital itself because it simply means that for her to be sent into the theater there has to be an emergency with her and the baby
