Bad service and treatment at bbh hospital

*On 01/05/2021* We rushed my father to the hospital this morning we got there at 10:17 he was the 6th patient to go in to see the doctor, they called everyone before him and called everyone after him we were waiting till 14:30 and still nobody attended to him. He is unable to walk by himself we pushed him in with the wheelchair yet other patients who walked in was seen before him and were very capable of walking out. The doctors told us they see emergencies first but there was a lady who just needed a bandage change on her leg who came in hours after him also capable of walking by herself. My father even had trouble breathing yet nobody helped and he has head injuries. Only once my mother went to complain which was in the afternoon they said we shouldn't report them they will see him next and when one of the doctors called his name as my mother was pushing him to go in with the wheelchair the security card shouted Infront of everybody what are you doing here!!! Get back there go sit there and she explained the doctor just called him in. He refused to give us his name after being very verbal towards my mum and told us to leave immediately. This is horrible service and they did not take his state and situation into consideration he kept on passing out in the wheelchair. We eventually were forced to leave without a doctor or nurse attending to him. We are very concerned as we don't know if he has any internal injuries. After we left we took it upon ourselves to try and get him some medication for the pain and the pharmacist advised that we should take him to the hospital and we explained the situation she said it is compulsory for him to get x-rays done for health and safety purposes.
