Refund of Deposit not being honored - Amount of R6000

An official complaint has been lodged against Tracey Lu**** Jooste registered KUSA breeder of Malemutes in South Africa. Due to miscommunication / lack of proper communication it was decided to not enter into further agreement with Tamalpais Alaskan Malemute due to a dsipute arising with regards to gender and delivery of the puppy. The buyer was presented with three options 1) to wait for final decision by end of June 2019 on whether one male puppy would be granted 2) Wait for next litter due end of Aug 2019 or 3) refund of deposit. After agreeing to wait a decision was made not to proceed and it was agreed that the deposit of R6000 would be refunded. Tracey Jooste has been contacted on numerous ocassions to enquire when deposit would be paid but no feedback has received. A letter of demand has been sent and no feedback has been received. The manner in which the case has been handled is not acceptable and no update received on the status of the deposit refund.
