Refund Not Honoured - Six Months and Counting

We approached Tracy first on the 5th of January 2023 about purchasing a Malamute puppy. We paid the deposit of R7000.00, but shortly after, decided that getting a puppy wasn’t a suitable choice for us. We communicated this with Tracy, and she promised to refund our deposit; we approached her about this at the end of January 2023. It’s now July. We have contacted her innumerable times via text, email, and phone call; we have been consistently ignored since March 1st. We would like this matter resolved promptly, else we will have no choice but to lodge an official complaint.
