UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE

I made contact with Tallywags on whatsapp and arranged for my 3 dogs to be washed etc on 13 November. They confirmed the booking via whatsapp.

I took the morning off work so that I could be home when they arrived.

It's now 12h05, they havent let me know that they are not coming or running late.

I have been calling them and no answer.

I have sent several messages via WhatsApp which they have read but no reply.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I would never recommend them.
