Disgusting service & unskilled

Disgusting service! We paid for our 3 dogs to be groomed. The standard they are satisfied with is shocking. They shaved the dogs unevenly, I could have done a MUCH better job and saved the R750 they were paid. I'm not even sure they were washed. We contacted Quinten, he said they would come to rectify, its a week later. Now he doesn't answer his calls. We called from another number, he is rude and full of excuses.
