Bland food and Shoprite service

I took my family for lunch and thought as it is in a good spot and busy that the food would be good. How wrong I was, worst service and food I’ve ever received in Cape Town. We had the calamari tubes and chips plus a steak with veggies, very, bery dissapointing. The food was bland and it felt as if the the waiters were tired and it was only 12 in the afternoon. We need service and good food, we don’t need to feel as if you are doing us a favor. We are paying customers who work hard for our money. Please guys just because you have a good spot doesn’t mean you have to make slack off on service and food.
