I took my car there to have a noise looked at on 28/03/2022, they came back with a ridiculous quote of R 50k, saying I need to replace the entire engine!!!

I paid the inspection fee....which was obviously not even done properly....and declined the quote. Turns out, the noise is merely a damn worn out timing chain guide.
