Tall Pest Control not honoring Guarantee

Tall Pest Control "Drilled and Injected for Termites" at my home on 28th March 2018. I chose them because the owner, Jonathan Chinn, assured me that he performed a "grid" injection system throughout the entire property and could therefore offer a 5 Year Guarantee. In September 2018 I discovered a re-infestation of Termites and immediately contacted Jonathan. He promised to do a follow-up treatment in terms of his guarantee, but always made excuses as to why he couldn't make it. he is now ignoring my WhatsApp messages and is blocking my phone calls.
