Talkwithlead (talkwithwebvisitor) spam artists

Also known as talkwithwebvisitor this company continualy spams me (sometimes twice a day) through my websites contact form. I have emailed and even phoned them to ask them to stop doing this as I am not interested in whatever it is they offer. Yet time and time again I get a contact form from my site. How can we put a stop to this?
