Whatever you do, make every effort to avoid this company as they are most probably one of the most ********* companies I have ever engaged with. They sell a concept whereby they connect a widget to your Web Page and through that facility you will know exactly when some one is busy on your website and they have an opportunity to log a call with you immediately, or alternatively leave a message so that you can call them at a time more convenient for you. I strongly support and believe in the concept. This is where it becomes quite tricky, after the 14 day trial period you can never get hold of someone regardless of your need and they start deducting random amounts from your credit card and you cannot stop them unless you remove your credit card from the system., Thereafter you get a flood of emails and phone calls telling you that you owe them money and you must update your card details. in the mean time your account just keeps increasing without anyway of ending it until you pay and get your account up to date. They have ******, taken R 3 600.00 from my credit card without my permission through Paypal, in spite of the fact that i cancelled immediately after my 14 trial period. Paypal did not even give me the right to defend myself, they past the transaction on a different credit card detail i had provide to them only.
